### Become an affiliate

- When you sign up as an Overpass client, you get rewarded for bringing other business owners in need of talent to us.
- Refer any client in your network that may need Overpass’ help and earn $300 when they make a hire that lasts 40 days or more.

For Non-clients

### Become a partner

- When you join as an Overpass partner and your referral onboards new team members through Overpass, we’ll pay you a 10% recurring commission for a period of up to three years.
- Yep, you read that right. The more team members your referral onboards – the greater the monthly commission.

### What if a referral upgrades to more licenses?

As long as the account is still under three years old, you will earn 10% of each subscription rate.

### What if a referral downgrades the amount of subscription seats?

While our subscription rates are based on a year, if there were any changes in their renewal contract–the commissions would restructure based on those changes.

### How do I get paid?

Payments are primarily made through PayPal and other payment systems.

### How much is the commission for the partner program?

Overpass will pay you a 10% recurring commission for a period of three years for any team member they book through us.
