## Episode Summary
**Jonathan Fischer:** Welcome back. Thanks for joining us. I'm Jonathan Fischer. When you're trying to get a startup off the ground, your biggest challenge is in figuring out features and benefits. Well, what if you can go viral on the world's largest and most influential social media platform for business owners, LinkedIn? Today's guest did just that, and if you're a fan of the show, he's no stranger to you—[Anton Dobrzhanskiy](https://www.linkedin.com/in/anton-dobrzhanskiy/?originalSubdomain=fi).

**Anton Dobrzhanskiy:** Hi, Jonathan. Thanks for having me. Excited as well.

**Jonathan Fischer:** Well, I mean, going viral is kind of the gold standard of a successful outreach campaign on any platform. Did you set out to even go viral or were you just trying to put together a good overall content-based strategy?

**Anton Dobrzhanskiy:** I think everybody who wants to do any content marketing or social media platforms like LinkedIn has that dream. Initially, we wanted to achieve as much coverage as possible but faced challenges early on.

My journey started with just trying to post valuable content to get around 12,000 to 16,000 impressions. Then one post unexpectedly garnered almost three and a half million views. This was thrilling and made me realize that persistence pays off.

## The Strategy Behind Viral Content
I started posting content consistently, understanding the need to speak to our target audience—salespeople. The first step was verifying that LinkedIn is where they predominantly reside.

I began creating content focused on sales processes, gradually narrowing down to share more simplified themes that resonated with my audience. Engagement is also crucial; elements like comments and reactions help propel visibility through algorithms.

The turning point occurred when I decided to create visual tools, such as cheat sheets, for sales frameworks. This format validated existing knowledge while offering simplicity for the audience.

## Engagement and Results
When the cheat sheet was finally posted, I was stunned by the immediate positive reception. In the initial hour, I started receiving hundreds of comments and positive messages. It highlighted the importance of engaging with the audience continuously to keep the momentum going.

Reflecting on the experience, I realized that connection matters. Each person who engaged with my post became a part of our ongoing dialogue, enhancing future interactions.

## Final Thoughts
In summary, timing, understanding audience needs, and being able to provide clear, simple, actionable content contributed greatly to going viral. Each of these elements worked in tandem to create a successful content strategy on LinkedIn.

For those looking to create similar success, focus on understanding the rules, aligning content with audience interests, and maintaining engagement.
